To experience what co-creation can be in a traditional FMCG consumer sector, try splitting the firm - by getting the customers to help "create" the firm; the results in terms of goodwill, I think, and our http://whisky.co.uk feedback demonstrates, fall far outside the usual company 'value' scale.
